This may have something to do with the fact that I absolutely love Star Wars. I have watched Star Wars since I was a child, and I have always enjoyed how the characters are so different to anything else on television. If you take a look at TV today, you&#8217;ll often find that TV shows try to mimic what Star Wars managed to achieve, but they are rarely ever successful. Star Wars was the first TV sci-fi series that actually managed to capture the audience globally. People from Europe, the UK and US all know what Star Wars is, even if a movie hasn&#8217;t been released in god knows how long. Still though, the tradition of Star Wars lives on. <br/><br/>LEGO Star Wars is largely based on the actual show. LEGO has an affiliation with the team behind Star Wars which lets them label their LEGO sets to exactly match the TV series and movies. While the team at Star Wars may receive a small cut from the sales, the actual detail that goes into the LEGO Star Wars sets is fantastic. Each set has superb exterior and interior quality that no other building block set is able to achieve. While the prices on the majority of LEGO Star Wars sets are expensive, this is something which collectors like myself are willing to pay. <br/><br/>I often find myself displaying my LEGO Star Wars builds for everybody to see. When you walk into my home, you&#8217;re greeted by The Malevolence, which is a large Star Wars based starship that boasts outstanding exterior detail.
